Absolutely. Your recipient doesn’t need an account to download your files — they’ll just get a secure link. Signing up is only necessary if they want to unlock more features.

On your Dashboard, click “+ Add Container” and start adding files or links.

• Unregistered/registered accounts: maximum 8 containers per account.
• Individual accounts: unlimited containers.

• Unregistered users: Links expire after 24 hours.
• Free & Paid plans: Links remain valid as long as you have storage available.

No. Once a file is deleted, it cannot be restored. We recommend downloading or backing up any important files before removing them.

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the steps to reset it. You’ll receive an email to guide you through the reset process.

After logging in, click your Profile Avatar to open the View My Profile page. From there, you can update your details and manage your account.

• Unregistered user: Go to the homepage and click “Upload Files” to start sending right away.
• Free & Paid (with account): Log in, click the “+ Add Container” button to create a container, and upload your files there before sending.

Yes. You can upload more than one file in a single transfer, as long as the combined size doesn’t exceed your plan’s storage limit.

No. Tlyport accepts most file types as they are — no extra steps needed.

Yes, Anyone with your link (and security key if enabled) can download files, no account required.

No. While we offer downloads of multiple files in zip format, files are sent exactly as you upload them once unzipped — no loss in quality.

You’ll get the file through either:

• An open link – just click to access.
• A secure link – enter the provided security code before the download begins.

No account is required. Anyone — even free users without signing up — can receive and download files.

Yes. If the sender uploaded several files in one container, you can download them together or select the ones you need.

The link may have expired (free users), been revoked by the sender, or typed incorrectly. In this case, contact the sender to request a new link.

If you reach your storage limit, you won’t be able to upload new files until you free up space. You can delete older files to make room, or upgrade from the Free plan to a higher tiered plan for more storage.

At this time, 20GB is the maximum storage available for Start-up accounts. You may contact our support team for a customized plan.

Yes. With our secure code options, you can lock your transfers with a unique passcode or limit access to the containers via email (OTP). This ensures that only the intended recipient with the code can access the files, adding an extra layer of protection beyond encryption.

No. You stay in full control of your files.

• Subscribed users can create containers where files remain available for as long as you keep them.
• Once a container is deleted, the files are removed from your dashboard.
• For backend security and compliance, files may remain on our secure servers for a limited retention period before being permanently purged.

First, check your file size limit. Free registered users can store up to 2GB, while paid users have higher limits. If your file is within the limit and still won’t upload, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and enough device storage for temporary processing.

File corruption usually occurs during the upload or sending process. Please reach out to the sender and ask them to re-upload the file. If the issue persists, you can also contact Tlyport Support at support@tlyport.com.

• Ensure you have a strong internet connection.
• Check your spam/junk inbox.
• Check with your sender if they filled in the wrong email address.

To upgrade, log in and click on your profile avatar. Select Your Plan and you’ll see the “Switch” button below each tier. Review the available options, choose your plan, and follow the on-screen steps to complete your upgrade.

Billing starts on the day you upgrade to a paid plan. For monthly subscriptions, you’ll be charged on the same date each month. For yearly plans, billing occurs once a year on the date of purchase.

• Monthly plan: You may stop renewing at the end of your current billing cycle when you downgrade to a free plan.
• Yearly plan: If you cancel your yearly plan mid-term, you may continue using the subscription until the end of the current billing cycle. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

We do not provide refunds for canceled subscriptions. However, you’ll continue to enjoy premium features until the end of your billing cycle.

Yes, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Yes, you can change your plan anytime from the Your Plan page. Your new billing cycle will begin once your current plan ends.
